Clean the surface from dust, grease, oil, peeling old paint, rust, mold or moisture.
Apply the putty at the desired point with spatula.
For repairing deep defects, apply more than once.
If the putty is hard, thin with water or alcohol.
Xylofine can be filled, drilled, planed, sawed, turned and sanded very easily.
After use, keep the can tightly closed.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Do not apply at temperatures below 6°C and above 40°C and at relative humidity above 80%. Adverse conditions in the application can alter the final properties of product.
After work clean the tools with warm water and soap. Do not empty the washing liquid into the groundwater

Clean the surface from dust, grease, oil, peeling old paint, rust, mold or moisture.
Surfaces must be clean. Usually CHROMOKOL is applied in one of the two surfaces by brush, roller, spatula etc. Afterwards the surfaces get into contact by a common or hydraulic press. Pressing time depends on the temperature and the relative humidity of the environment, the type and the moisture of wood and the mode of pressing. Ideal temperature 25-30 C. After use the container must be closed firmly and the tools cleaned with water before dry.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS

Clean the surface from dust, grease, oil, peeling old paint, rust, mold or moisture.
To smoothen the surface we have already applied RUBBER STUFF, we apply slightly with a wet brush, as long putty is wet. For material saving we can in some cases to mix it with washed sand.

Attention: After it dries we cannot rub it.
The product has all the mechanical strength after 20-30 days

RESISTANCE
In temperatures between 180 and 100oC no deterioration or crack was observed. Under application of 7atm pressure for 24hrs no leak and wetting of the material was observed. Its elasticity was measured as 539% (Dept of technical materials and elements of YPEXODE according ASTM D-412 and DIN 1048). Its resistance in solar radiations UVA and UVB is about 4years and is lengthened by far for gray color and after being painted.
