In order to install the THERMOFYLAX thermal insulation tile, the slopes of the roof must have been checked so that there is no stagnant water and we can seal any cracks that may be present on its surface with the rubber grout RUBBER STUFF and in the next step of the roof with acrylic sealant MONOSTOP. After cleaning the roof very well, we prime with Life dur – Chromodomi Oil Primer. The next day we apply MONOSTOP, faithfully following the instructions on the product packaging. After 24 hours, after the insulation has dried then we can install our tiles. If there is already recent waterproofing without sealing problems, then we can place the tiles directly on the roof. It can be placed on asphalt, polyurethane and acrylic insulation and all kinds of waterproofing materials which are in excellent condition. By installing it, it protects them from the sun and heat shocks, greatly increasing their lifespan.
The THERMOFYLAX tile is placed freely starting from the perimeter, in an arrangement of intermittent transverse joints, matching the special ridges, in order to improve the stability and walkability of the roof. Depending on the roof substrate and the presence or absence of railings, the tiles are glued in places or placed without gluing.

ULTRA PRIMER

SURFACE PREPARATION
To ensure proper adhesion of the product, surfaces must be clean, dry and free from all defective and poorly adhering material, dust, grease, oil, rust, mold or moisture etc.
Apply the product with brush or roll and let it dry for 1 – 2 hours.
Apply the top coat.
The product has all the mechanical strength after 20-30 days
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Do not apply at temperatures below 6°C and above 35°C and relative humidity above 70% or if there is a chance of rain or frost in the next 48h.
Adverse conditions and not following the instructions in the application can alter the final properties of product.

During working keep tools “liquid” in the container. Drain well the product of the tools back in the box and clean immediately with warm water and soap. If product dries, clean only with strong detergents. Do not empty washings into the groundwater
WARNING: Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/personal protective equipment for eyes/face.In case of contact with eyes, rinse carefully with plenty of water for several minutes. If contact lenses are present, remove them if possible. Continue to rinse.

SOVACRYL GRANIT

SURFACE PREPARATION

The surface must be dry and free from dust, oils, etc. The surface is then coated with the special quartz primer LIFE QUARTZ or with the special primer, Ultra Primer and then the Sovacryl Granit is applied.

APPLICATION

Stir the material well before use. Stirring should be done in slow and circular motions, in order to avoid the creation of bubbles in the mass of the material. The material is applied with a stainless steel smooth spatula. While the SovacrylGranit layer is still fresh, the surface is “pressed” with a metal spatula.

Glue in paste, ready to use, based on acrylic resins fiber reinforced cementitious. When reinforced with fiberglass and applied on the exterior side of fixed thermal insulation boards, it constitutes the ideal substrate for the final coat with plaster. It has twice the efficiency compared to similar products in powder form. No primer needed for the final plaster. It is characterized by high elasticity in temperature changes, is easy to work with.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Prime the surface with Life dur solvent based undercoat and let it dry for 1 – 2 hours.
Apply a coat MONOSTOP PU-HYBRID and let it dry for 24 hours.
Apply the second coat crosswise after the first one has dried.
The product has all the mechanical strength after 20-30 days

ΕΦΑΡΜΟΓΗ

Για να εξασφαλιστεί η σωστή χρήση του προϊόντος πρέπει η υπό επίστρωση επιφάνεια να καθαριστεί από σκόνες, λίπη, λάδια, μπογιές, σαθρά υλικά κ.τ.λ.1) Αναμιγνύουμε την κόλλα POLYGLUE με καθαρό κρύο νερό σε ένα καθαρό δοχείο, χρησιμοποιώντας ένα αναμικτήρα χαμηλών στροφών.
2) Αφού το μείγμα ομογενοποιηθεί το αφήνουμε 5-10 λεπτά να ωριμάσει και αναδεύουμε ξανά.
3) Εφαρμόζουμε με μυστρί για σημειακή συγκόλληση ή με σπάτουλα για συνεχή συγκόλληση πλακών πολυστερίνης ή εξομάλυνσή τους.

ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ: Να φοράτε προστατευτικά γάντια / προστατευτικά ενδύματα / μέσα ατομικής προστασίας για τα μάτια / πρόσωπο.Σε περίπτωση επαφής με τα μάτια ξεπλύνετε προσεκτικά με αρκετό νερό για αρκετά λεπτά. Εάν υπάρχουν φακοί επαφής, αφαιρέστε τους, εφόσον είναι εύκολο. Συνεχίστε να ξεπλένετε.
