SURFACE PREPARATION
To ensure proper adhesion of the product have to the surface be cleaned from dust, grease, oil, peeling old paint, rust, mold or moisture.
For new, freshly galvanized surfaces require good scrubbing.
After surface preparation apply one coat of primer galvanized.
When it dries,we sand and clean the surface making it ready for the topcoat.
The product has all the mechanical strength after 20-30 days
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Do not apply at temperatures below 6°C and above 40°C and at relative humidity above 80%. Adverse conditions in the application can alter the final properties of product.
During working keep tools “liquid” in the container or the container with the product. Drain well the product of the tools back in the box and clean immediately with nitro solvent. If product dries only with strong detergents. Do not empty washings into the groundwater
